24/7 Mobile Locksmiith Rip-off horrible customer service Dallas Texas

I called the mobile lock smith on 12/16 for a quote on keys, spoke with a Sam. He told me that the starting price would be 120 including a remote. I stated what if i do not need a remote, states that he will see if the tech can give me a deal. I couldnt get key done that day. So i called back on 12/18/16 at 11 am they told me someone would be here within 25 mins a hour goes back and no call. So i called the company back and they said they will have someone give me a call. Finally i get a call 20 mins later. They tech said he would have someone call me back to confirm address. Wellll another hour passes and no call so i called tech back and he stated he was 10 mins away. Tech comes he was very nice and friendly his name was Brad. So to just get a key cut no programing or anything for 185.00 Im like wait what then he said a extra 50 for a remote. I said well i was told the 120 included a remote he said no maam.

Well being i needed a key, i pay the 185, and then call back to the mail line that advised me of the 120 base. Again i am aware there was a possibility for extra if key needed to be program but it didnt because my original key was already in my iginition due to i have a remote start on my car. So i call and the guy put me on hold 30 mins to pull the call. He gets on the line and say the rep didnt say that on Friday. I asked to speak with a manager, i was put on hold 10 minutes. Then transferred to the manager John. John did not let me speak and was very rude. He lied like he has listen to the recording and he didnt. He couldnt even tell the date or time the call was. He then hung up in my face. I think that was very unprofessional and will write a review on every social media site i can think of until i have spoken with someone who can address the issue of invalid information provided. 

I do not recommend anyone using this company. They are the worse of all worse, they lie, as well as do not hold their word. I will also be reporting to the BBB.
