This company, 247dowloads, has gone to a lot of trouble in setting up an "internet front" even to the point of having fraudulent reviews raving about the service.

You sign up, provide a credit card # to pay up front for one or two years. Then, there is nothing. No contact by email, nobody to answer the contact phone #. NOTHING. They bill your credit card company. You are left in limbo. I see (from other rip-off reports) that they have been doing this now for over two years. Can nobody stop them? I don't know, but it seems like the payment company IPAYCScom is all part of the scam. They do not respond to phone calls or emails

For my payment I used American express. I have contacted them and hope that they can invetigate the conpany and blacklist them. I hope this message will help others, although i suspect, as myself, people only find out about it abfter they have been ripped off.

I guess the credit card companies need to be on top of these scams if the public is to have any confidence in using online transactions.
