Well some will say it is my own fault. You pay for a cheap logo what else do you expect???

The first designs were pretty bad. I went back and forth with the 'designers' for weeks.

They would send things in the wrong colour
Change the fonts
Not listen to specific design requests
Spell my company name wrong!!!!

In the end I designed the whole thing myself using Publisher!!!! (including having to purchase an image from istock as the pictures that they supplied were so bad).

I figured at least now I would get what I wanted... I was wrong!! Again colours were changed, designs weren't followed.

But hey this was all okay as 25poundlogo 50dollarlogo (and whatever else they call themselves) offer a money back guarantee... this is directly from their website...

So I am covered right???? So I email to say I am not happy and want a refund, I continue to get what look like automated emails asking for my Paypal address (they would of course have this on record).

Then I hear nothing, I chase this up with several emails and I again get the same emails asking me what my Paypal address is.

Then I hear nothing... I am emailing and contacting their 'customer service' people from their website who will not (say they are not allowed) to give me an email address or a phone number for this company!!!!

Where to from here???

I was promised my refund days ago and nothing.. there are now posts all over the internet about this being a scam.
