292 Radio Shop / FireCommunications Network Jack Thurston - It's three (3) years now he's cashed my USPS Money Order for two ,2, linear amps and not delivered. Juliaetta, Idaho

During my very first CB radio purchase in 2006, Jack was fantastic.  Provided me lots of advice and tried to resolve installation issues over the phone.  This gave me the confidence in 2007 to purchase a second CB radio package and upgrade my Cobra 29 LTDs with Palomar 225 linear amps as advertised.



Problem is Jack has never delivered the amps nor returned my money.  All my phone calls go unanswered and voice mail messages unreturned.  I went so far as to seek help from the State of Idaho Office of the Attorney General.  Even to them he remains silent.



Anyone know of a local lawyer willing to pick up a very small claims court case under $500?

"Linear amplifiers are specifically prohibited for use on CB radios. CB Rule 11 in Sec. 95.411 states that power amplifiers may not be used. Note that unless you have a license that has a legitimate use for a linear amplifier that the FCC will assume you have used a linear with your CB if it finds one on your property"

So I don't think you can take this to any court...even small claims. It would be like trying to take a drug dealer to court because he did not deliver your crack rocks.

Unless, as the FCC law states you have a license for a legitimate use for the linear amps..whatever that may be. Do you have a license for this?
