 @apply .net left me a voice mail on my do not call number. i was curiours, so i called the number back. Timothy said they weer experts in getting mortgage modifications. I had several questions. I emailed and ask for ther qualifications as to  how many loans they  had succesfull modifided, what qualified the representative to be a loan modification expert, and if they had a mortgage liscence in the state of new Mexico. I did not receive any return email . Apparently this is another fly by night internet loan compay operating outside of rules and regulations just wanting to string you on and collect your monthly fess. They have not been willing to substantiate any sucess in modifying mortgages , although they claiim to be mortgage modification experts They violate  the do not call rule, and apparently do not have a New Mexico Mortgage liscense and are not willing to offer any credentials substantiating any success if any, in modifiying mortgages
