2B Unique Design Studios Brian Miller 2B Ripped Off! Paid in full; received absolutely nothing New York, New York

Long story short: In May, I hired a website design firm in New York (www.2b-unique.com/)
to redesign/revamp my existing website. According to the terms of their own contract (one they wrote and provided, I mean), the website was to be done by the end of July. In August, after some delays, they told me it was ready to upload and asked me to make my last payment. I did so.

As of today, January 3, they still have no uploaded the site. I have been in touch with them literally dozens of times via phone and via email. They have made MANY promises along the way, but still they haven't produced the website.

At some point it came to light that although I had paid the company in full, they had neglected to pay the programmer to whom they'd outsourced the job. So, basically, he's holding up completing the last little bit, and apparently Brian, from the website company, has no particular plans to pay him.

Obviously, I don't care what's going on behind the scenes. I just care that I've paid a considerable amount of money for a product/service I haven't received.

I have email after email in which Brian PROMISES to have my site completed, but still, seven months or so after hiring them, they have my money, and I have no website.

It has cost me countless hours of time and hassle, trying to deal with this problem. Practically speaking, I've also had to make many additional payments to providers to do extra work in updating my existing site, because of the delays on the part of 2B-Unique.

I have said many times I just want a completed site, but by now I really want my money back and to deal with another, more reliable and honest company.
