I recently entered into a contract with Tmobile using 2B wireless and specifically the district manager Remo Lalli.  First month of billing everything great, Bill jacked up 40 dollars per month after first invoice due to false promises made by Mr. Lalli.  Originally he took my calls and was "working on the problem" and asked for patience over several days.  Been three weeks, no longer takes or returns my calls.  Corportate number rings into infinity.

Tmobile says forgiveness of previous cell phone equipement balance not forgiven as agreed.

Tmobile says that they will do nothing because he is authorized dealer not a t mobile employee.

Contract signed worth roughly

4400.00 over two years at agreed price

$165.00 dollars is balance that should have been forgiven.  Not alot of money but worth me
filing

BBB report
letter to presidents office at tmobile
letter to tmobile service office
letter to corporate offic for 2b wireless.
If not resolved in 30 days I will default and dispute off of credit, and PERMANANTLY switch to verizon.

Take my advice, deal with Tmobile directly.  Help put 2B out of business, vote with your dollars.

AUTHOR: Nathan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 28, 2011

I am the original report filer, In addition to filing with ripoffreport.com I also filed a better business bureau complaint and sent a letter to the office of the president of T mobile.

T-mobile responded through thier service department and credited my account the remaining 165.00 dollars as agreed.  Shortly after reaching this deal and T-mobile crediting my account, 2B wireless called and offered the same sum if I agreed to offer something in writing (email) showing my claims satisfied.  Because my issue was satisfied by Tmobiles executive team, I will not release 2B wireless.  My satisfaction came when I advocated on my own behalf with thier client.

As an enclosure to my letter I sent T-mobile 2B wireless' digital reputation, (copies of other complaints filed here and at other online sources)

Tmobile will be investigating thier relationship with 2B wireless to evaluate if 2B really best represents thier interests in Arizona.

To all who may have future isses!  This company only began to respond after I brought the fight to them via BBB, letter writing and rip off report filings.

Good Luck!
