2B Wireless, Reseller Of T-mobile FRAUD Phoenix Arizona

2B Wireless LIES to their customers.

Salesperson, "Kevin" claimed to activate my phone. When I spoke with T-Mobile office, they had no record of him ever even attempting to activate service for me- though I had been charged for it. T-Mobile further confirmed that this reseller could not have helped me to transfer the number from another provider- though they told me this in the store and that they would do this.

When the phone that I activated stopped working, I called 2B Wireless and spoke with "Kevin" again. He contacted his manager, Roy Martin, and said they would send me a new phone overnight. He said he would do this in part because he lied to me the first time. NOTE: they needed to do this within a certain time period because of the contract terms.

2 Weeks passed- no phone. When I called 2B Wireless, they said that they had no record of ever sending the phone BUT that now I could not get out of the contract because they time had lapsed. This is FRAUD. They purposefully did not send me the phone so that they would not have to pay for it and so I would be stuck in the contract with them. When I asked to speak with the manager- they said "no". When I asked to speak with "Kevin" they said "no". When I asked to speak with their "back office" they said "no".

I contacted T-Mobile again- and they were great. They are sending me a new phone directly and are investigating 2BWireless for Fraud and their customer service practices.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM 2B Wireless. GO DIRECT TO T-Mobile.
