On August 2nd, 2004, I placed an order online on the 2line.com website. I received an email a few minutes later indicating that my order had been receieved and my credit card had been charged for the items requested overnight shipping. I still have not received the package, and have been unable to contact the company via email or phone, despite repeated attempts. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH MEDVITAMINS.COM or 2LINE.COM. It is like a black hole in the Internet mysteriously sucking charges from your credit card account - never to be seen again.

I agree with the consumer and not with the employee. I had a bad experience with the company and all they did was attack me personally, which is ridiculous.
Simply put, They sent me a compound that got me sick. I returned four bottles of the compound but only got two of the correct compound. I tried to alert them politely, using phone and e-mail.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. All one can do is leave a message. This is not the way a legitimate company works.

When new customers search the name of our company MedVitamins this "Rip-Off Report" comes up on the internet. This one person who had a complaint 2 years ago has had their problem resolved and yet our company is paying the price of lost business due to one misunderstanding! The statements posted are, in fact, slanderous and do NOT reflect the truth. I would suggest that someone review complaints posted on this web site to ensure that they do not break the laws of our country. Additionally, I would suggest that there be a time limit for complaints, assuming that no others are reported or posted. MedVitamins is NOT a drugstore, by the way! We are a Nutritional Supplement and Health product store...
