From company name 3BTech Computers. Item has physical damage/blemishes and is a non-functioning hard
drive. Which seller failed to mention in his description of the item, all he listed was that the item
was "UNTESTED and SOLD AS IS w/NO RETURNS", but this is in violation of Implied Warranty of Merchantability
laws that require a seller to list a non-working item as such.

I called 3BTech Computers on 06/17/2005 at 1(877)328-3248, I requested to speak with a manager, the call was then escalated to a Peter Petkov who identified himself as part owner of 3BTech yet was uncooperative about my issue but surprisingly enough knew about my order and stated that the item was sold to me by a 3rd party vendor that is associated with his company, I requested for him to identify the name of the 3rd party vendor in order for me to contact such company/party to deal directly and he refused and became extremely rude and raised his voice, started talking very fast with a heavy foreign accent which made it almost impossible to understand everything he was saying after that point, he then disconnected the call.
