I have had a horrible experience with 3 Day Blinds Scottsdale. They were located in The Great Indoors in Scottsdale. I ordered 7 blinds in December 2011. When installed, 5 of the blind were either too wide(4), the cord was on the wrong side (1), or the blind wasn't included with the others on the day of the install(1). I won't even go into the issue of the newly trained installer drilling a hole into the wrong wall in order to make a blind fit. After two additional installation appointments, 5of the 7 blinds were installed ok, however, 1 is still too wide and it's difficult to get to the cord to open it. That leaves me with the final issue of the 2 blinds that I still do not have after 1 year and for which I have attempted to get a refund with no luck. After 4 install appointments, each time the 2 blinds either weren't correct size(TV room) or simply left off the truck. At this pint it was 5 months after I placed the order and I asked for a refund. I spoke to a customer service woman numerous times, she refused my request and kept telling me the blinds were corrected and ready to install. The funny thing was, the installer company (a subcontractor working fir 4 Day Blinds)called and told me the reorder hadn't been completed. I am now going to file with small claims court for the $900+ I am owed.
