3 Steps ADD/ADHD WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! Raleigh Internet

I ordered the 3 Steps to Add/ADHD product in December. In January I decided to cancell my subscription. Calling the 877 number only got me VM and directed me to "mysecureonlineordering.com" to request a refund or gave me an option to leave a VM message. I did both multiple times over the course of 30 days with no response. On February 23rd I finally got an email confirmation of my cancellation request being recieved with a promise of notification when the cancellation was completed. Then nothing. I emailed multiple times with no response.

On April 23rd when I saw the 3rd charge on my credit card since my cancellation request was recieved, I called and got a whole new VM message, while the support site had a different name it was the same site I had visited under "mysecureonlineordering.com". I filed a NEW request pointing to my "history" on the site which clearly showed my cancellation request date as being 2/23 (documented)...my subscription was finally cancelled. I requested a refund, they requested "proof" and said the ticket # I noted was not one of their ticket numbers...though it is the ticket # I was assigned on my first request BY THEIR SUPPORT STAFF. I went back to their site and found my history had been scrubbed...fortunately I had printed a hard copy which I scanned and faxed to them. They again said this was not proof and that no more charges would be made to my account but with out proof there would be no refund. I am still fighting for my refund.

I read Mr Bennett's "Rebuttal" What a joke! That was 9/08 and here we are 8mos later..same story new victim.

REPORT THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY SO WE CAN STOP THIS KIND OF ABUSE!!!
