i went into three to see if about an upgrade as they kept texting my daughter i was told i wasn't due an up grade so i asked what he could do on that contract he the shop assistant said i could have a 10 pound phone and i would only have to pay 10pound till december 2013 when my daughter could up grade to the phone she wanted so i asked the shop assistant so i only have to pay 10 pound on top of my exsisting contact till december he said yes so he took my details and after a short while i asked him again 10 pound extra till december as i was trying to understand and make sure i got it right as i did not want another 24 month contract i dont read and write very well and find it hard to understand things some times he said again yes thats right he also told my daughter to take out her sim card and put in the newphone my daughter did this and left the shop for me to sighn the contract so i did but the assistant stappled the reiciet over the contract details so i couldnt see it when i got home i phoned three to make sure the 10 extra got paid on the same day as the existing contract like the man in the shop told me to do but i was then told that i was on another number and i had a 24 month contract so i hung up the phone and went back to the shop and the assistant laughted at me and said that nobody sighns a contract with out reading it he made me feel little as i do not read or understand to well and i did infact ask him twice was i understanding it wright and twice he told me yes i contacted the manager at three and they said theres nothing they could do as benjaman the assistant wasnot like that and he would never do that but he did to me and also i was mental ill as i had been in a mentaly ill hospital at the end of january and was still abit unstable this happened on the 1st of march debbie t somerset
