 I entered into an agreement with this company, they said they would give me a special purpose loan to consolidate my debts. After a year with the company and making monthly payments and following thier program, none of the debts had been paid, all of them had been sent to collections. I searched and found numerous complaints of the same manner. I began questioning the program asking the company what has been done the responses were always the same "we are in the verification process", "we have sent letters to you creditors and are awaiting a response". "Send us your call logs and correspondences you receive." I finally had it and called and demanded that they cancel my account, I figured why not I'm still in the same boat either way I'm still in debt with the original creditors. I'll just work something out with them and the payment that I have been giving 321 loans will go back to the creditors it was supposed to. After all I never received an actual loan from 321 loans. I figured wrong it turns out that the contract you sign is an actual value of the dismissal and credit repair service. They actually tell you that you are still responsible for the remaining balance of the so called loan. So you have the original debt that the creditors want back and the value of the same debt in a dismissal service that is called a loan. The worst part is they report on your credit report that it is a loan. I see like this I.E. if i pay for a monthly lawn service to mow my lawn and cancel that service I'm not going to continue paying them not to mow my lawn. Take the money I paid, fine, for services rendered but don't continue charging me for something I don't want and canceled.
