34.99 Dollar Messenger Process Server is a RIP OFF.  I found them on internet that they provide professional process server so I hired them for urgent process service.  I even paid extra fees in order to get my paperwork served in 5 days.  They told me that it will be completed within 5 days and will send proof of service to court  after the service is done.  I called and emailed them on the 6th days to check the status of service and they told me that the service is completed.  Two days passed, nothing happened, I emailed them again to follow up and found out that they didn't complete the service because they went to the wrong address.  I clearly stated on my email where to serve and yet they went to the wrong address.  When I talked to the guy, he has no clues why was being served to the wrong address.  As a professional process server, it is their duty to serve correctly and promptly.

Since I didn't hear from them for more than a week, I decided to extend my hearing date and dispute charges with the credit card company. for service not rendered.  I PAID for a urgent service but is not being rendered within the time frame, so credit company reversed the charges in my favor.  They called and emailed to threatened me to pay or else they will suit me for 10 times more than the process fees.  I told them that they can easily reverse the charges by providing sufficient documents to the credit company to prove that the service is indeed rendered within the time frame and credit card will reverse the charges back to merchant's favor.  They refused to contact the credit card company to prove the service is completed, instead, they brought a frivolous lawsuit against me for disputing the charges and ask for damages more than 10 times of the actual process fees.  DO NOT hire this company for any service because they are RIP OFF and not reliable.  Many consumers will just take the loss and learn their lesson but I will reason with them in court to prove my case.
