35 below socks Does not ship Van Nuys California

My order was submitted on Dec 18.  When I went to check on the order it claimed my order could not be found with the confirmation I was given.  I emailed the company on Dec 20 and received the following response:                                    

"Dear Valued Customer,

We have located your order and it will be sent to processing. Once shipped, please allow 5-10 business day for delivery. An email confirmation will be sent once tracking information becomes available. Thank you and have a great day

To this date, Dec 29 I still have not received any confirmation that my order has processed.  When I try to call the phone number I cannot get through.  I have been on hold as long as 40 minutesd before giving up.                                

When I was finally able to get to the "Tracking site"  it shows a totally different order number than the one I was given and tells me my order has still not been processed.  Attempts to find out what is going on have been unsucessful.
