360 Biometrics Change shipping policy after USPS lost package San Jose California
I order finger readers from them and they shipped to the wrong address. When I complaint asking for a refund, because their website said all their shipments were insured, they refuse to do so and deleted the insured part from their shipping policies.
Although I have been a customer from more than 2 years they did not care about it. Also after paying $2,500 for a software that never worked well they wanted to charge me for supprt and maintenance. It looks like if this is a company were only one or two people work. Be careful if you use their services, they will try to charge you for stuff you don't need.
