Sometime ago, I paid a fee to join 360 share.com for a lifetime. Today I wanted to download free music so I visited the website. I forgot my password so I requested that my password be sent to me via email. My password was retrieved and when i tried to log on I was told that what I thought was a lifetime membership my membership had been expired. You can not reach customer service unless you pay some type of other fees. This is unacceptable if a person pays for a lifetime membership why is there a need for more money to download music?
