Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
It wasn't surprising payroll didn't process as most of the phone calls are from previous employees and contractors who have been trying to collect for months. The calls in between are from members who have cancelled and money is still owing or members who just joined the London club and on their first visit found the doors locked. Dispicable, arrogant behaviour puts young student staff members in tears and then they cannot process their $300-$500 pay cheque.

A deeper search on these two will bring up legal issues (contactors, ex-employees, investors, to name a few), lawsuits, and bankruptcy. Owner John Wheeler is a known scam artist in and around Toronto and VP/pilates instructor Marta Sawala is making a name for herself as well.
Some advice for ex-employees, contractors, members being ripped off is to file complaints with the Ministry. Complaints to the BBB are helpful as well, as these facilities do their own damage control with reviews, either covering negative reviews with their own 5 stars or having negative reviews removed completely.
