365 Professionals Order was in "queue" status for more than 24 hours. Internet
I ordered software that was to be fulfilled through on line download. The order was in queue status for more than 24 hours.
Received automatic email back when I tried sending a question to their fulfillment dept.
Reset password to login and kept saying that I wasn't giving credible information....
