I had ordered this software on April 12 2013
Have not received Down load for Windows 7 Home Premium
After contacting them they sent me another message of my order and confromation of payment.
But I have yet to get the down load.
I went to the help center tried to log in and there were no history of my identfication nor were their any history of my order number.
I have tried to call several times with no help.
I reregistered on the web site but their was no history of my order number.
I e-mail them again with no response at all.
I am still getting this message
