3D Distribution LLC Desert Sales False Promises & unreasonable punishments Seattle, Washington

I stumbled across one of the other complaints, read it and COMPLETELY agree.  I'd like to say that these are just disgruntled employees (and they may be), however, each and every statement is accurate.  The bottom line... If Management (Jeff Dadam, Heather Tomlinson, Jesse Salhus) like you then it will be an easy job, but if they don't... you will die a slow death beneath their grip.  GRIM but true.  Special treatment, cliques, etc. run rampant throughout the company, especially the office.  For the most part it is ran by the office manager, Heather Tomlinson, I'm sure most complaints, concerns, etc. ever made it passed her desk to Jeff Dadam.  She would withold $ from employees all the time and claim they didn't fill out paperwork properly, etc.  Essentially she would PUNISH them, (lets hope she doesn't have kids).  When the Tukwila office closed, they gave everyone one month notice and promised them the world but didn't deliver on ANY of their promises. Supposedly this closure was unexpected, but it seems odd to me that the owner, Jeff Dadam, moved to Arizona the year before which is subsequently where the new office opened up.  Quite a coincidence!  And yes, all of the "favorites" were offered positions in Arizona.
