3PL Management Told us they were selling our time share in Mexico and needed us to wire Mexico the maintenance fee and closing costs which we were to be reimbursed by the buyer. Dallas Texas

 Contacted by 3PL Management saying that they had a buyer under the nafta free trade with Mexico that was buying our time share.  When we originally signed up they said we didn't have to pay anything.  Then slowly they kept saying we had to send money for the transfer fee, then it didn't close cause the new Mexico government said there was a 30% tax lien, sent that and then they said we couldn't get our money cause we had to pay for closing cost that would be reimbursed. Said we would always have our money within 2 days of the wire transfer. 

All was a lie.  They even had real estate numbers and names of agents that had nothing to do with it.  They worked with an escrow group out of Chicago named United Group Holding.  Trust me both these were fraud companies.  3PL Management probably talked with 4 different people that were handling our account and were either fired or layed off supposedly for giving out wrong information.  Joseph Montgomery, Richard Estrada, Hector Chavana. Leon Steven Ortiz and Carlos Martinez.  Beware of these names.  Also a Helen Duncan or a Thomas Richardson.
