I ordered 4 items 6/28/15 and I received 2 of the items shipped direct from one of this company's suppliers within 3 days but I haven't received the other items from this vender. I was able to contact the business a few times in July and was told each time the items would be shipped next week. Now I am unable to contact t hem via phone calls (they don't answer the phone and the mailbox if full), and they haven't replied to any of the emails I've sent. I was able to make contact with the owner on Facebook and was told I'd get a call shortly about the status of my order which didn't happen. I got tired of waiting and tried to have my credit card company return the transaction but I was told I waited too long so they can no longer refund my money. They recommend legal action if I want my money back.

Travis, we apologize for the lack of communication on this order. The one item was refunded and the other item was shipped out today 11/20/15. We try to take an active roll in keeping our customers up to date on their order status, and it seems as though we have failed you. I hope this resolution is to your liking.
