I purchaed a a specific radio for my car that I was not able to get the particular model elsewhere. When this radio didn't work. I notified company and they stated it required an amplifier which was located under the passenger seat. Upon my mechanic checking the amplifier, he found a minor issue. Upon reinstallation, the radio worked. I contacted the company and they stated that they do not accept refunds. They would not even accept a restocking fee and called me a con artist. They stated that the no refund clause was on web page where I filled in my addres and credit card information. In addition there was no paperwork in the box that the radio was received.

We helped you figure out your problem and now your mad at us! Very ungrateful!
As stated in our Terms & Conditions which you agreed to prior to purchase, it clearly states;
4-Auto Parts, LLC will not be responsible for customer’s error in ordering. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what he or she is purchasing! &
4-auto Parts will not warranty any electrical item without receiving the original defective customer’s part returned with our part! Electrical items are only guarantee to power on! We do not guarantee any of the functionality of any item because we are unable to test everything and we only guarantee it to power on. Electrical items are exchange only and there are no refunds! Any part that has been altered or tampered with will void warranty and replacement.
The radio you purchased worked pefectly and we didn't do anything to rip you off. You got exactly what you purchased. It's not our fault that you didn't know why your radio didn't work.

ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY! ALL RADIOS AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT IS ONLY GUARANTEED TO BE NOT DEAD ON ARRIVAL. ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH WILL VOID WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT.
