4 Crests / Origin of Names Took my Money! Spokane, Washington
*REBUTTAL Individual responds: Item Not Returned / Refund Policy
I ordered a family crest that cost nearly 100.00. When it arrived it was not what I expected. I returned it via FEDEX with tracking. The tracking showed it was signed for and they said they never received and would not return my money. Michelle, who corresponded me sporadically would not supply a business phone number for Fedex to discuss the missing shipment.

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds
Item Not Returned / Refund Policy
AUTHOR: Michelle - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, September 29, 2010
Customer asked to return a NON refundable item. We granted this customer her request by asking her to send the item back to us within 14 days.
To date the package has not arrived. She provided a tracking number for a package that indicates it was signed by someone names MRILEY. We do not have anyone here by that name.
Our initial thought was that the FedEx company delivered the package to one of the neighboring businesses. We attempted to contact these businesses to see if they may have someone named MRiley or the package with no success.
We also contacted Fedex via phone at the request of the customer who has filed a claim on the package. They informed us they needed us to wait 3 days before they could give us any information.
We have complied with not only this customers request to help locate the package ,but with Fedex as well.
Obviously the package is lost and this customer will need to follow up with Fedex.
Thank you
Michelle
