Our Dream Become a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!

We are newlyweds, ok, so we are up in age but nevertheless we had just got married and went out looking for our First home together. We thought that with the time frame we were working with that we could select a Modular/Double wide home due to what we believe would be the fastest possible way to get a good quality home and a good price. This may be true but not if you are working with these (above) people.

It took us over 6 monthes to finally be able to move in a that finally only happen after lots of frautration and a HUGE THREAT! I can trully go into several typed 'Days of Events' were we doctumented a consistant failure of promises and good structure to be provided. However in short, these so called professionals did nothing more then almost ruin our marriage with all their lies, hidden high prices and interests, poor businessship, communications, poor workmanship and quality of their products and/or service.

We ended up having to spend more money then we should have, an awful 30 year mortage, had to fire the excavactor/contractor, pay twice for construction work (due to Griffins awful work), find another contractor, paid way to much for the Superior Walls because of their horrible calulations ( we still have a crack in the wall they would not come back to fix) Hired an Attroney too late to really be able to help us, and have a home that we are having to fix up and a landscape that looks like the Grand Canyon with the way they torn up not only our property, but serval of our neighbors.

We placed a huge Down Payment of over $20,000.00 and still are having to paid a 30 years mortgage! We had to sleep in a Tent till it got to cold, pay Hotel & Motel bills, storage bills, resturant expences, and medicl bills.... I have a few diseases that were excabulated from all the stress, poor living/health enviroment, weather elements and frastrations.

I don't know how many days and nights I cried and how many times my husand begged them to 'just do the right thing' and for help. Why is it that people can get by with this and have no conceince of what they do to others!!!!

Do Not buy from these villians, hire them or TRUST them, I warn you not. My only thoughts or refuge is that I hope/believe that... 'What goes around, comes around'.
