I ordered two Irish Flags with my family name Mahoney and my family's crest on them. They arrived and the Name on the flag is spelled Mahony not Mahoney. I have sent the compnay 2 emails and have recieived only an automated response email back each time. It has been 2 weeks now and they state their return policy is no refunds after 14 days! There is no telephone number for this company only an email. DO Not order from this company!

We always replace items that are in error. The customers items were replaced. We have included the delivery confirmation information for the replacement items. Customer was not asked to return the items in error and received her replacements within 24 days of her original order date of July 27th.

I just happened to come across your complaint this afternoon. I just wanted to make you aware that there is NO business license for the state of WA for this company. Additionally this suite is not listed as in use when just the address is put in. Good luck. I see if you google the trade name. There are people in Canada just as angry out $200.
