4D Transport LLC Will not pay for damages done to my car while they transported it Woodstock, Georgia

On 2-9-2011 4 D Transport loaded my 94 jaguar XJS convertible in Hollywood, Md. to transport it to my home in El Reno,Ok. At the last minute 4D up the price from $745.00 to $795.00 to grt it loaded 2-8-11.Then failed to pick it up until 2-9-11.RIPOFF  #1!  They delivered the car to me on 2-13-11at between 6 and 6:30 P.M. just after sunset the car was very dirty but from 10 feet away i could see a large dent in the hood.The dent was not noted on the inspection report that the driver filled out when he picked up the car.We called the man where he picked up the car using the drivers phone and was told that the dent was not in the hood when it was loaded.

The owner of 4D transport Mr.Bill Dreaper refuses to pay for the damages done to my car.He carries a $1000.00 deductible so his insurance company will not cover it. He says that the dent was there when driver picked it up but did not see it .But on the inspection report the little scratchs were noted.

I am at the point now that I may have to sue him but he is in one state and I in another this is a problem. 

I want any one out there that uses a auto transport company to be very aware of this company.
