These people change address all the time. This is the address that they gave my bank.

Received paperwork from bank. 4magicus told the bank, they had called me to let me know that they had mailed out my replacement item. NO such phone called occurred.No such memory was in the package. Just MORE LIES from 4magicus, or any aka that they use.

Filed credit card dispute with my credit card company. Received confirmed delivery package on 2 Apr 2007, no return address (expect 1881 Valencia St), no packing list, so no idea who sent it. Received notice from credit card company, that 4magicus sent correct item on 04/02/2007. Now know who sent the package. NO MEMORY in that package. All that was in there was a sandwich bag, and a autohands free device. Called credit card company, requested copy of all documents involved in the dispute. Mean while the $92.00 was taken out of my account and given to 4magicus.

Mailed 4 magicus their package of packing peanuts and heat sink on 15 Feb 2007, delivery confirmation. The post office attempted to deliver it on 17 Feb 2007, but no one was there. The post office left notice. Post office delivered it on 25 Feb 2007, but 4magicus refused to accept it. They do not answer the BBB complaint, emails or phone.

Emailed info@4magicus.com, on 6 Jan 07, received reply Sat, 6 Jan 2007 15:36:36 -0800 from CATHRIEN MARTINEZ support@4magicus.com, your orde will be shipping out on Monday. I waited a week on Sat 13 Jan 07, no memory.

I emailed, CATHRIEN MARTINEZ" , no memory today. Sent email on 17 Jan 07, 18 Jan 07, 20 Jan 07 (returned - failure notice), and 21 Jan 07. Received reply from CATHRIEN MARTINEZ" so sorry your order was shipped out usps standard mail on Friday, You'll get your item in a few days.

Received package on 27 Jan 07, fro Micro magic Us, 10501 Valley Blve Ste#1100, El Monte, CA 91731, delivery confirmation # 0304 1560 0002 3464 0185 (package sealed) I opened the package - NO MEMORY - just red heat sink plates.I emailed them as soon as I got my package, no reply. They tried to double bill my credit card.
