They said that my rebate was denied for this reason:
- Original UPC Barcode Label (#780420126114) (Not the shipping label barcode) is missing - Barcode label is missing
They did this, because they couldn't say that the envelope was not received as I had included signature
confirmation.
I have the Nuance box in my possession with the original UPC barcode label removed.
Hmmmmm, I wonder where it could have went? In the envelope where I put it perhaps?
I'm not going to waste ANY of my time on hold with customer service reps. I expect to be contacted
immediately to have this issue resolved and to be compensated for my time. If this does not happen I will be
calling Wells Fargo, getting my money refunded, and helping them with any investigations they want to
run. I will also be looking to form a class action law suit as there is enough evidence on this site alone to
pursue the company.
I'm in dental school and I will not have my time wasted without compensation.

Not that it matters, because this company is a scam, but here's my claim #: 4119412044172119. My rebate was for Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking 12 Software.
