I signed up for the trial period for the intial $4.99. I proceeded to cancel it the next day before it could become a permenant subscription. They continued to charge me 44.99 for two monthes.

This customer signed up with our site on 22-11-2010 and cancelled on 14-01-2011. In this interval the client has been billed 2 subscriptions as per the description of the service he signed up with. He also received confirmation e-mails for every charge applied to his card, including a cancellation confirmation. In all this interval he never requested from our support team to cancel his account nor offer him refunds. We refund all the unsatisfied customers, upon their request.
