The first lecture and lesson about the usage of the software was in 2007. Since then Mr Nemeth has financially benefited from every agreed sale and open and closed agreement. It may not sound bad because the company have to make a profit and share it with its partners and sharers. The real problem was that the programme actually never brought any benefits to the shareholders; in fact it was the opposite. The shareholder, Katerina Mouralova in 2009, systematically pointed out this problem to Mr. Slavik but nothing was done to solve it. Only in 2012 was the problem openly acknowledged and recognised by Mr. Nemeth in his report and the report further stated that the problem was very costly. Why did he acknowledge this only after five years of active usage of the software? Also, where did all the money from the fees go? How can somebody, who calls himself “GURU” be, for five long years selling a unprofitable program, that made a loss for himself, despite the fact that he was aware of the programme’s problems over a long period of time. Is this the man who deserves our trust in the business? Was it, that the creation of the programme 4X MM, was supposed to only be a cover for money laundering and for taking money for a limited partnership, shares and fees for trading? Without a product there is no company. This product seemed to only be created for the purpose of taking money from the people and it is a financial scam.

Czech and Slovak limited forex parters and shareholders

AUTHOR: Jan H - ()

I am not ex-shareholder but a man who gave you 5600 usd in order to invest it for the period of 5 years in forex programme which ended 2 years ago already and so far I did not get nor any profit nor my money back which i am entitled to. On the receipt for forex programme is company global profit associates, back then nowhere registered but which mr. Nemeth was and still is the president. If the value of.the company which you published is true then I expect that all the sharers from Czech and Slovak republic will get their money back as they have been trying for the last couple.of years.

This Posting Against GLPT Inc. is Untrue, an Abuse of this Service and It Is Libelous

AUTHOR: GLPT Inc. Communications Dept. - ()

While we at Global Profit Technologies, Inc. believe that an outlet for consumer complaints and transparency in any market is an invaluable service, it is our opinion that this posting and the many other postings like this on the internet from two disgruntled ex-shareholders, is an abuse of this service and those like it. These reports are, in all cases misleading, in that the facts are obscured or entirely misconstrued for the purpose of drawing false conclusions, and in most cases these reports contain completely false information and are defamatory and libelous.

The corporate management of GLPT categorically denies all of these allegations, as they are untrue, unfounded, and based on nothing more than complete fabrications of "facts", designed by certain disgruntled ex-shareholder(s) to defame, slander, and derail the efforts of GLPT and the success of its product.

"GLPT" is an officially registered, publicly listed US corporation with current Market Capitalization of over $38.6 Million, a current balance sheet of over $16 Million in assets, and (at the time of this posting) current share price of $0.28 per share...

Our flagship product, the long awaited automated forex trading software known as "4X-DAT™" was released for global commercial distribution in November of 2013 to the applause of anxious forex traders from around the World.

The accusations against the company and Mr. Nemeth first surfaced in 2009, when, in the midst of the global banking and economic crisis, GLPT was unable to secure the necessary "stage 2" corporate financing in order to complete the development of the software and to launch its marketing campaign.  It was at this time when certain shareholders assumed the worst and concluded, without any basis of fact, that the software was a "scam" and accused Mr. Nemeth of misappropriating the investors' original capital; even went as far as filing complaints against Mr. Nemeth in 2010. None of these baseless complaints were ever prosecuted let alone admitted in court. Nevertheless, Mr. Nemeth has personally repurchased the shares of several disgruntled shareholders, not to mention selling his own personal property in order to raise necessary capital for the completion of the project, in irony to the accusers' false claims.

It is true that the software has taken 4 years longer to develop than originally anticipated, however this is not a crime. In the end, the company has ultimately prevailed and, against all odds, succeeded in developing a technology, which no one in the history of the global capital markets has ever succeeded to create. We believe that, after its initial global release and marketplace acceptance, 4X-DAT™ will become the new standard for forex trading utilized by retail traders and investors all over the World.

We would like to reiterate that Mr. Nemeth has never been prosecuted for, let alone convicted of any crime whatsoever in any country of the World (with the exception of some traffic violations), and all existing GLPT investors are bona-fide shareholders, i.e. co-owners of the corporation, with all rights and privileges resulting from such ownership. Since the establishment of GLPT in the US in 2008, more than 5 years ago, there have been ZERO complaints (not even one) against the company, 4X-DAT™, or Mr. Nemeth in the United States.

The online accusations are not only absurd, outrageous, defamatory, malicious and slanderous without any basis in truth, but are to a degree comical, considering the accusers have ironically forfeited what might have been the biggest financial opportunity of their lifetimes.  For example, in some reports on the web from these same accusers, an attempt is made to cast doubt on the company by asking "What happened to the investors' $10 Million?" A simple search of US PUBLIC RECORDS will find that since the completion of the corporate reverse merger of the 4X-DAT™ technology (formerly 4X-MM) with a US public entity, in as early as Q3-2008, GLPT had over $16 Million in assets on its publicly filed balance sheet.  (http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=GLPT&id=19554).

To further address this issue, our European attorneys have already prepared all the necessary legal documents and have filed a "cease and desist" order against the former GLPT shareholders that are posting the slanderous material, in the appropriate courts in both the Czech and Slovak Republics, where all of these attacks originate.  Additional civil actions seeking compensation for damages caused by this ludicrous personal vendetta are being prepared. We would also like to take this opportunity and advise anyone from making any baseless, defamatory, and libelous statements with respect to GLPT, 4X-DAT™, or any of its officers or directors in any public forums.  We will, without exception, pursue any such violators with the most vigorous efforts to protect our reputation and to seek remedy for damages caused by any such libelous acts to the full extent of the applicable law.

If you have any other questions concerning Global Profit International, Inc., 4X-DAT™, Mr. Nemeth, or any members of our corporate team, please direct your inquiries by email to: inquiries@4x-dat.com, or by mail to: Global Profit Technologies, Inc., 9393 N. 90 Street, Suite 102-344, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85258, USA.
