Never got a tracking #, the only ph# on their website constantly goes to a voice message device because they are tracking the ph#'s that come in. This is a very very shady so called "business" and if I don't receive my refund in 4-5 days like they said I am filing a police report. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! New York New York

This is an overseas sweat shop type of scamming company. I ordered a North Face Denali 122.00 coat for my son for Christmas on December 7th. I did receive an order # which contained all capital letters. My money was taken out that day from my bank account. I then received an email stating that my order was in transit on December 9th. I called to give them the promo code I had forgotten to enter when placing the order. A guy picked up stumbling over the phone and said, sure I'll try to enter it and then hung up. I immediatly tried to call back and the ph# kept going to vm (212-651-9047) These people are screening the ph# I am calling from so I then had my co worker and call and she got through to the same guy. My order never shipped or as they said, got lost in transit. They offered to send a complete different coat without hood and in different color. I asked for my refund and they stated 4-5 business days. I highly doubt I will receive the refund and if I do not I am filing a report with the police. Do not, I repeat....do not order from this website, they are 100% scammers!!!!
