500Fastcash Misleading-Represented themselves as a payday loan. Now withdrawing money out of my account and won't stop. I've already paid them 775 for a loan of 350. They won't tell me where they are located. Internet

I was in a very bad situation financially when I got a letter from 500fastcash in the mail.  It gave me a web site to go to www.500fastcash.com.  I filled in an application that was set up entirely to look like a pay day advance loan.  Within a day they said I was approved.  The application was completely misleading and made it appear as though I would pay back the loan and at the end I would have paid a total of 425 for a loan of 350.  Instead they will not stop withdrawing money from my account.  I have now paid 775 for a loan of 350 and they say they will not stop withdrawing money until February.  The contract on they have on line was NOT the contract I originally saw.  It was electronic and it is completely fraudulent.  This company are criminals praying on those that are in financial difficulties only to further drive them into deeper financial problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  I need help to know what government agency I can report them too.
