555 Diet Challenge They charged $29.89 to my debit card and caused my account to overdraft. I'm 5'2" 125lbs I don't need a diet and I'm a single mom who wouldn't waste money on this. Internet

I checked my bank account online and in the check card hold section there was a charge for $29.89 for 555 Diet Challenge. I immediatly called the bank, but they said they didn't have any information for this company and to call back when it clears because they would have more information then.

I called the bank back after it cleared and I got a phone number for the company (701) 663-8327. I called the company and got an answering machine stating the business hours were M-F 8am to 5pm Central Standard time and if you were receiving this message during normal business hours that meant that all of their representatives were busy and to please leave a message.

So I left three messages all day on Monday January 28th and finally a guy called me back telling me he was going to put the money back in my account. The address used to place the order was my address from over a year ago. He also told me the internet address where the purchase was made (555challenge.com)

Today is Friday February 1st and still no money in my account so I called the number back again. I got the same message but this time the mailbox was full. Next I got online and the address he gave me is no longer in use, but I'm seeing other posts on google from other people who have been frauded by this person.

I called my bank who is now investigating and they are refunding, not only my money from the overdraft fees, but the $29.89 should be returned to me in the next 48 business hours.

I may be getting my money back, but I'm upset and want this guy caught. I actually talked to him on the phone before I knew any of this information. Anything I can do to help would be greatly appreciated. I want to help catch this guy.
