5Linx Enterprises FRAUD!!! Rochester New York

After receiving products for several months and testing them on the EAV,I decided these products were  not products that I wanted

too use in my practice. I  called the company to stop shipments and deductions from my checking account.   I also wrote the compay to stop the

deductions and shipments.   They ignored these communications and continued to ship  additional shipments, I  returned

them to company CERTIFIED, RETURN RECEIPT...I .received the return receipts showing  that the  company had received the products back.  I then  asked

about refundsTheir standard answer was they had not received the products, although I had sent copies of the return receipts with their company's employee signature on them.  I kept getting same  response, "We did not receive the products",  Sent copies of the

return receipts,AGAIN.   still they denied getting product returned and they continued to deduct from my checking account.  As this

checking account is used for numerous suppliers it is not easy to just close the account down, 5Linx finally called me and

said they would refund the three shipments.   Two shipments of $49.00 were refunded.   This month after four months

of discussions, telephone calls and numerous letters, they AGAIN deducted a shipment of $49.95 from my account. AND they did not ship any product!!!!!!!  They

are refusing to admit they have deducted the amount!!!!  This, even after I sent copies of my bank statement showing

the deductions!!!!!!!   In my opinion this company is corrupt and ill-managed.     I am now filing complaint with Visa/Master Card and the attorey general and ask that this company be investigated and their ability to use customer's  Via Master Card be stopped
