Never in my adult life have I ever engaged an individual that's as exponentially dishonest or as big of a coward as Matthew Burlile, 32307 Alpine Court, Temecula, CA. 92592 (aka Matt Burlile, Matthew R. Burlile, Matthew L. Burlile, 7-Day Web Design, Matthew Burlile Photography). Literally I've never seen him exercise one ounce of integrity, ever! Never have I engaged an individual with such an abslute lack of masculinity or self-respect. It's truly staggering.

A website is being built (matthewburlile.com) for the specific purpose of exposing and continuing to expose, in great detail and with real documentation (not one pagers with key words redacted) all my personal nightmarish expierences with him. To date he and his kid Tanner Burlile (he's a gem...look him up, including criminal record) still drive by my home and yell obsenities like cowardly little children.

If you believe anything Matthew Burlile writes is true I simply suggest you engage him yourself....but you've been warned!

We obtained a judgement against Ernest John Scott for defamation of character for 15k. Judgement was awarded on April 29 2016. Riverside Superior Court. Case number MCC1401154

Matt wrote: "I decided to refund you. No court. No threat. No other reason other than I'm a good business man."

Riverside county small claims case #TES1100414, judgement in favor of plantiff (Ernest Scott). Defendant (Matthew Burlile DBA 7 day Web Design) ordered to refund money to Plaintiff. Public record, enough said. Also, are you now saying I didn't threaten you after writing post after post of how I threatened you?

Any coherent person reading these posts can easily determine one basic "fact"....who the liar is.

Matt, on a personal note I'm very sorry you didn't have the talent, knowledge, ability or work ethic to create my website. I'm also empathetic for you that you can't seem to man-up and accept that you simply got caught at your rip-off game (again) and lost. I hope you can someday make peace with it.

I assume this is your response to your other fake reviews. I responded to one just one day before you posted this..You can decide the kind of man you want to be. I do daily. I teach my children not to run from bullies. Face the bully strongly but with a peaceful heart and honest mind. Continue to the bottom to learn more about adult bullies.

I do not run from bullies. I post under my name with pride in the man I am. No fake emails, posts, etc. Its a shame that you use a website that is meant to do good. To stand up for people that have been taken advantage of and you use it for your own personal vendetta. Adult Bullying is a set pattern. They are not interested in working things out and they are not interested in compromise. Rather, adult bullies are more interested in power and domination. They want to feel as though they are important and preferred, and they accomplish this by bringing others down

 YOU DONT POST UNDER YOUR REAL NAME NOR EMAIL. No educated person will take you serious.

This is harassment & adult bullying. You need to move on with your life. Its been over 3 years.  I can only image how unhappy of a person you must be to carry anger and fear for this many years over $800 that was refunded to you. Refunded by my choice. Not a court, not due to threats, but by an honest man seeing a troubled person in need.

1. All work we are hired for requires a signed agreement. This agreement states the scope of our employment in detail. Including the amount of pages, estimated time for completion, what we need from the client ( wording, pictures, video, etc ) and even similar websites the client likes.

2. All jobs are taken on either:

A. 50% deposit and 50% payable at the customers 100% complete satisfaction.

B. 1/3 deposit, 1/3 when the proof is approved. and the remaining 1/3 at the time the work is complete and AGAIN the client is 100% Satisfied or does not pay until they are.

3. We allow each and every client to enjoy UNLIMITED Proof changes. We want you to love your website and do not want to limit you with unnecessary road blocks.

4. At completion we always ask " Is there anything else we can do to make you happy?"

A few facts about my experience with Mr. Ernest John Scott ( OVER 3 YEARS AGO )

1. You hired me on Nov 12, 2010 and stated you were not in a hurry and did not care how long the site took to develop. You had a sheet of features you wanted on the website. I requested your hosting information. I received the hosting information from you on Dec 14, 2010. It took you over a month to respond to my request and the login details were incorrect. I replied that same day and let you know.. On Dec 29,2010 I asked about a logo, shipping costs, privacy policy, terms of service and again, the hosting login information. Jan 7, 2011 I finally receive the login details. No logo, no terms, no pricing, no policies, etc. I create a temporary logo for you, install and modify the site. On Jan 22, 2011 we meet and you are 100% happy with the site and offer to pay the remaining balance. I refuse the final payment and advise you to take the weekend and go over the website thoroughly and we can meet the following week to make any minor changes and to finalize payment.

After this.

1. YOU THREATENED ME, MY BUSINESS AND MY FAMILY. As you know, you came to my home and left a threatening note on my car. Did you notice when you drove by in your white truck I had a camera with me and took your picture? Yep. Still have it :) Should I post your note and your picture here?

2. Your reviews say much MORE about YOU then me. You have chosen to purposely try to cause harm to me and my business. This js something I cannot and do not want to comprehend.. This is your goal and aspiration in life. I pray some day you learn that forgiveness and compassion is a much stronger and difficult quality than anger and revenge. By Gods Grace,  YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAVE ACTUALLY BROUGHT ME SOME CLIENTS. Its true. I have made a few clients off of your silly fake reviews. They see how I respond with professionalism and compassion. That is what makes me a successful businessman. Thank you for that.

2. You hate that I am a Christian. A family man. An honest hard working American. Well, I am.GOD IS GOOD. I pray for you. You do not scare nor intimidate me. You make me sad for you. You could be enjoying so much peace and blessings in your life if you would allow God in your heart. Very sad that you dont. The blessings he provides, NO MAN CAN TAKE AWAY. 3. I decided to refund you. No court. No threat. No other reason than I am a good business man.

Adult Bullying

You may not hear a lot about adult bullying, but it is a problem. Read this article to learn more about different types of adult bullies and get some ideas on how to deal with an adult bully. Adult bullying is a serious problem and may require legal action.

One would think that as people mature and progress through life, that they would stop behaviors of their youth. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Sadly, adults can be bullies, just as children and teenagers can be bullies. While adults are more likely to use verbal bullying as opposed to physical bullying, the fact of the matter is that adult bullying exists. The goal of an adult bully is to gain power over another person, and make himself or herself the dominant adult. They try to humiliate victims, and show them who is boss.

There are several different types of adult bullies, and it helps to know how they operate:

Narcissistic Adult Bully: This type of adult bully is self-centered and does not share empathy with others. Additionally, there is little anxiety about consequences. He or she seems to feel good about him or herself, but in reality has a brittle narcissism that requires putting others down.

Impulsive Adult Bully: Adult bullies in this category are more spontaneous and plan their bullying out less. Even if consequences are likely, this adult bully has a hard time restraining his or her behavior. In some cases, this type of bullying may be unintentional, resulting in periods of stress, or when the bully is actually upset or concerned about something unconnected with the victim.

Physical Bully: While adult bullying rarely turns to physical confrontation, there are, nonetheless, bullies that use physicality. In some cases, the adult bully may not actually physically harm the victim, but may use the threat of harm, or physical domination through looming. Additionally, a physical bully may damage or steal a victims property, rather than physically confronting the victim.

Verbal Adult Bully: Words can be quite damaging. Adult bullies who use this type of tactic may start rumors about the victim, or use sarcastic or demeaning language to dominate or humiliate another person. This subtle type of bullying also has the advantage - to the bully - of being difficult to document. However, the emotional and psychological impacts of verbal bullying can be felt quite keenly and can result in reduced job performance and even depression.

Secondary Adult Bully: This is someone who does not initiate the bullying, but joins in so that he or she does not actually become a victim down the road. Secondary bullies may feel bad about what they are doing, but are more concerned about protecting themselves.

Workplace bullying can make life quite miserable and difficult. Supervisors should be made aware of adult bullies, since they can disrupt productivity, create a hostile work environment (opening the company to the risk of a law suit) and reduce morale.

It is important to note, though, that there is little you can do about an adult bully, other than ignore and try to avoid, after reporting the abuse to a supervisor. This is because adult bullies are often in a set pattern. They are not interested in working things out and they are not interested in compromise. Rather, adult bullies are more interested in power and domination. They want to feel as though they are important and preferred, and they accomplish this by bringing others down. There is very little you can do to change an adult bully, beyond working within the confines of laws and company regulations that are set up. The good news is that, if you can document the bullying, there are legal and civil remedies for harassment, abuse and other forms of bullying. But you have to be able to document the case.

Adult bullies were often either bullies as children, or bullied as children. Understanding this about them may be able to help you cope with the behavior. But there is little you can do about it beyond doing your best to ignore the bully, report his or her behavior to the proper authorities, and document the instances of bullying so that you can take legal action down the road if necessary.
