7 minute loan loans of america scammed me out of $300 florida

I was scammed out of $300.00 by a company calling themselves 7min loan. They told me I quilified for a $4000 loan and need to go get a green pac card, not one with a visa logo on it the scratch off kind. I was asked how far they store was from me and told them just down the road. They said they would wait while i went and got one. So stupid me went and did it but the said they wouldn't take the money they just need to verify that it was on the card. Once  I got home while talking to them  I looked up the company and BANG found out it was a scam, only it was to late they already had taken my money. Then they came back on line and told me my credit core was low and they needed another $560 to process the loan. This money was to increase my credit score and then they could deposit my funds. I told them i knew this was a scam and to refund my money and they told my only when I pay them more money. How can they sleep at night
