702 Traffic bad service, no follow up, Las Vegas, Nevada

I got a speeding ticket on school zone. Went in and paid for it.  4 months later, all the sudden, a copy of the retainer agreement showed up in my mail without any explanation.  I was confused. so I called the office, no one could find my file. I never got a call back. So 4 days later, I stopped by the office. Receptionist told me my file could not be located.  The sticker was still on the front desk.  Once someone figured out what is going on with my file, I will receive a phone call. No call for 3 more days.   Then finally I got a phone call telling me that I had to call henderson court to figure out how much I owe since they already changed my speeding ticket to parking and it is now past due.  They claimed that they mail out something to me in May.  The problem with their service is that they claim they mail it out and they cannot prove it.  I absolutely do not believe they sent it out to me.  I never got any mail but only the retainer agreement.  Be careful with this office. I used Craig Kenny before. That office was great.  But I picked this one because it is closer.  Watch out for this office.  They do not care.  The office told me there is no refund since their job is done by changing to parking ticket.  To me, The job is only half done after you change it to parking ticket. The office has to follow up to make sure the client gets the mail. A certified letter costs less than $2.  Service is just bad.  Or you can say, NO Service.
