Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors... is a residential property management company that seems like a legitimately good business at first glance, until the lease is signed.  Angel Robinson, the property manager, will promise you the world.  She'll walk around the property with you and point out issues and tell you parts will be ordered or fixed by Friday.  It won't be.  Unless you treat her like a teenaged daughter, constantly sending her reminders by texting or calling her several times, jobs will not get done when promised. 
There are two maintenance crews.  One of the maintenance supervisors, Mike, is the only one who seems like he cares.  Angel will tell you not to call maintenance directly, but Mike will give you his personal number and tell you to call him first so he can actually take care of issues in a reasonable amount of time.  Luckily he has a company credit card and can purchase items needed for repairs before the owner knows about it. 
Robert Moazampour, the owner of wants to get every job done as cheaply as possible, even if that means a repair isn't safe or up to code.  Robert is also never in his office or available to speak with his clients.  It seems as if he's afraid of confrontation, because he simply avoids phonecalls and messages.  After promises from Angel that he would reach me, it has been five weeks without contact. 
I've left three messages on the business answering machine and none of my messages have been returned. The machine states normal business hours are Monday through Thursday, 1-5 pm.  That must be nice. 
Since the owner is unreachable, Angel is left in charge.  Not a good idea.  She's flighty, forgetful, will tell you whatever you want to hear at the time, and doesn't always get back to you the same day.  Upon move-in, nothing was cleaned to normal standards, and there were several repairs that were promised to be done before move-in, but were left undone.
 If we could redo our renting experience, it would most definitely not include  They charge the highest rent possible for the neighborhood, yet do not provide service up to the level expected for that type of price range.
Robert expects his tenants to treat his properties with care, but he himself does not treat his properties or tenants with care.  Unfortunately, we have little reason to trust this company.

six month update


Since our first report about, the owner - Robert, has stepped up in big ways for us.  We were finally able to communicate with Robert about our issues with the cleanliness of the property and the property manager.  We made a list for him of all the things with which we were dissatisfied, and he was able to address all of them appropriately.  Our furnace broke in the middle of winter, and maintenance was there to fix the problem the same day.  They do annual maintenance inspections of their properties, and found a leak in the water heater (unbeknownst to us), and replaced the entire water heater with a new one.  We have signed a three year lease, and can say we will most likely be very comfortable here.
