7th Sense Psychics s****y customer service Nationwide

 I phoned customer service several times, after multiple calls to them, they called me back.  I asked when the special I had previouslly noticed would generate again.  They said in a day or two, to wait and it would be running, I am referring to the 40 for 20 deal.  After 10 days, I called them, noone answered, I phoned several more times, someone phoned me back and informed me they would not be having that special.  I let them know I had been waiting and what I had been told.  The phone etiquet and manners were non exisant and it appeared this was a busy househole with kids in the background.

I decided to take a chance (i can be foolish like that) and sign up with the "top rated psychic" despite what I was told and despite the shitty attitudes I had encountered.  I waited and waited for this psychic to be online, or at least a schedule, which is not posted, I phoned customer service about this, someone called back 2 days later and tried checking her schedule from their end, which wasn't posted nor available.  I went with the second top rated psychic. She appeared to be running water throughout the conversation and pre occupied.  She seemed unsure of the answers she gave me and pretty vague.  I kept fishing for more concrete information and was disappointed that this was someone listed as a top psychic.  I have had a lot of psychic readings, and this by far truly sucked. 

Hoping that because this is recorded and you can "listen to it anytime" I decided about a week later I wanted to reinterate in my head what was said, perhaps it's valid, and not the psychic, but me, I wanted to hear this recording. hmmmm, recording not recorded.  I emailed them and got an auto response that someone would respond, has yet to happen 2+ weeks later.  I again tonight tried to hear the unrecorded recording, which simply does not exist. it says 00000 on the "play" button. My speakers are fine and work, there is no recording to play back.

I've been "played" I did research to on this report site to see if they were previouslly reported as fraud, first time for everything and I am not one to spend time on reports such as this nor direct my energies to wrong doings. I am truly hoping someone can avoid this company and make a better choice.
