800 Spacover Spa Cover & Sauna Outlet Does not honor Warranty - beware bad product faulty material, Internet

Purchased a spa cover from 800spacover to replace a previous cover I had for over 5 years.   Purchased the cover partially for their representation of the best warranty of 5 years for workmanship and material.   We had the cover for about 3 years when we notice that it started to get very heavy.   We determined it was due to water satuation.  So even though their web site states they have the best quaility to prevent water satuation - that is a complete lie.  

We found that the plastic liner had completly failed and disintegrated .  When I called 800SPACOVER I was told that was because the chemical were to harsh and they can not be held acountable for that.  I did not have this problem on any previous SPA covers, this is the first time I have seen this happen. Bootom line, 800SPACOVER has no and never had any intention to honor their warranty and only puts it on line ot try to get you to buy.   DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - they are using substandard product.   Maybe an attorney would like to file a class action on this company for failure to honor a stated warranty.
