I tried to tried to order flowers for my sister's Birthday on august 10th, I paid for same day delivery and was assured that it would get there the same day. However when I called my sister to see if the flowers had arrived she told me no.

I proceeded to call 800flowers to try to figure out why and was told they had no reason why flowers were not delivered.. they would cancel and re-send them with a 25% discount. After the calculations were done it was only $2 off the original price. I then asked for a Supervisor and was told none was available. When I insisted was hung up on three times.

I finally got through after an hour of trying, the order was replaced, supposedly with the right discount, because my sister really wanted those flowers. I called the next day to ask my sister if they came yet was told again that there weren't delivered. On a hunch I checked my email sent frm them for confirmation and called the local Florist that was supposed to deliver my flowers.

To my dismay they told me that they had reported to 800flowers days before that due to a computer problem were not going to be able to deliver flowers for them and that they had too many complaints. I proceeded to call bck only to be hung up on again twice.

I was told that there was no supervisor and that they do not work in the same building as the regular employees and that some one would call me back. This was told to me the previous night also and i wasn't going to hold my breath. everytime I called back I was hung up on.

No one could te;ll me why they are using a Florist that doesn't deliver flowers for them anymore. i am still waiting for my sister to get her flowers and for a supervisor to call me back. This has been a Nightmare.
