88 pet world bought flying squirrel and was extremely well treated did everything possible to make a good quality of life died in 3 months when life expectancy is 10-15 years not even so much as a condolance Brick New Jersey

when the pet (flying squirrel) i got from here died 3 months after i got it without the certificate of health that was stated that i was supposed to get clearly on their website not only that i was treated terribly over the phone when i had called to inform them of this happening i was treated with disrespect and insult. when informing them that i did not recieve the certificate of health i was asked where i saw i was supposed to recieve that and explained on their website after that i was informed that what they had clearly in writing on their website had not been updated for fifteen years and has nothing to do with what happened and that i was the one who was at fault.

i cared for my pet as best as i could gave her fresh food and water daily and made sure she got enough excersise a large enough cage the correct food and calcium suppliment and did everything i could to try and get her to a vet during her last moments unfortunately i could not in time. ..... after this was explained i was bluntly and rudely asked what i wanted and said simply a refund and before i could finish explaining was cut off and called crazy/insane more than once. as well as blame being directed at me again. i simply asked kindly to remove the information on their website that was incorrect which was yet another blunt rude reply of "ill work on it" came and then was told goodbye and before i got the chance to say anything else was hung up on.

i believe legally i am due compensation because i did not recieve what was advertised (false advertisement) as well as the emotional damage this has caused me and my family i am not sure i can trust any more pet stores nor do i feel entirely safe with any pet any longer. i was and always have and will be a pet lover to me what they forced me to go through deserved atleast an apology or condolance, instead i was treated only with disrespect malcontent arrogance bluntness and insult. noone deserves that treatment especially when they are obviously the ones at fault.

i will never return to this place again and i will make sure that others do not for the terrible inconvinience that i had to suffer that noone should have to ever go through and i sure dont want anyone else to but they dont seem to care in the slightest this place is not worth any pet lovers time so please if youve ever had a pet loss do not go here because they will not care and only make you feel worse about the situation will not offer any help or possible cause nor compensation but instead treat you like garbage on a busy city street
