On April 27,2009 I ordered your Tiffany Heart Tag Jewelry set, transaction no# TR1240861701958 in the amount of $190.00 . My only concern when I placed the order was whether or not I would receive it before I received it today (May 9th ) and this jewelry is a peice of Crap ! Advertise ( AUTHENTIC ) its NOT. It's even a BAD REPLICA because the signature trade mark Tiffany & Co half the o is cut off. I've contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges & file a complaint. I want a FULL REFUND. The company don't even provide you with an address to return this crappy jewelry . I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB and I definitely needed to add my comments about this company to RIPOFFREPORT.COM.THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISMENT.FAKE FAKE FAKE EVERYONE BEWARE

I too am a victim of this counterfeiter. I contacted my cc company and was issued an immediate refund. I told 925 to send me a shipping label for me to return the piece of junk back to China and was told:
"Hi, how are you.
We are so sorry to hear about that and our specialists will help you now.
Again, they are all real.
We have received your requests, we will send to our manufacture to investigate now and help. Once we received the resolutions, we will let you know right away and resolve the problem for you as soon as possible. If there is any error, the manufacture will make new one and send to you without any charges."
Anyhow, I don't know what can be done....they're a scam based out of China. Good luck to you.
