I ordered a Bracelet in December 2016..was sent a tracking number that it had been shipped from China...when I went to track the number it wanted me to download a China site..I didn't do it for fear it wasn't a safe download. 

 

Sent them an email never received a reponse.  I worry because they have my credit card number that I used to order the Bracelet.
