Warning, Warning, Warning!!!!!!!

Whatever you do please stay as far away from this business (for lack of a better word) as you possibly can! I am sad to say that I worked at this organization for several months. I have personally witnessed their many and varied unscrupulous business practices. The office manager, Mr. Steve Nash, is a chronic liar. He has, on several occassions, told irate customers, who callled after being ripped off, that he sends his technicians to training school, which is an outright lie. Several years ago, three of their men went to a salesmanship seminar. The company provides absolutely no continuing education for it's so-called technicians. The company consists of only one employee, the owner, Mr. Skip Savelle. All the people that they call technicians, are subcontractors.

When I was in their employ several years ago, the company had no master plumber on staff, thus, the company is operating illegally and is not pulling the required permits in the respective municipalities.

The Techs are a rabble rousing crew of thieves, drug addicts, crooks, and ex-cons. One of their heating techs by the name of Joe, went into a cancer patient's home to work on their HVAC system and while he was there he stole a bottle containing 180 Oxycontin tablets. This he personally bragged about to me when I worked there.

Two other techs, Shawn and Mark, are known drug dealers who traffic in heroin, prescription drugs, and marijuana.

When Morton Head (Skip) Savelle and Steve Nash lecture prospective subcontractors, they are told to "Hit them between the eyes" or "Bust them across the face." This is A1 American Service, Inc. terminology for customer care. You, as a technician are to give the customer the highest prices that you can get away with. The company has no set rates. They use a book called the Maio pricing system. This is a flat rate system which they openly tell you is strictly a selling tool. You can charge whatever prices that you feel you can get away with. No one is showed any mercy by this company.

They flagrantly display the words God Bless America on their company logo and their correspondances. This is merely a ploy to dupe unsuspecting christians and many other God fearing people in the Hampton Roads area. The men and women at A1 American fear neither God or man.
