I was contacted by a representative of the Startup Essentials company about a business plan and support service they had to offer and finance. I was promised constant support and assistance with getting this business up and running and continuning to operate. I was able to contact the representative within the first week of talking to her but when the package arrived and I began trying to impliment the program I was having difficulty. I tried to call for days and then began emailing all with no response. I am 20yoa and live in a small town and did not know what to do. I finally told my parents about the problem and we tried to call again. This time the number was disconnected. We finally had the idea to contact A-1 and they said that is was not any of their problem and I still owed them the money even if I returned the CD and notebook. They had a number for Startup and that number was also disconnected. A lady named Tish informed my mom that A-1 was no longer doing business with Startup and they did not know how to contact them. We cnanot believe A-1 could do business Startup without having any liability in the scam.
I would love to join a class action lawsuit just to get out of the contract even if I did not recoup any paid monies.
Can someone let me know what my options are at this point.

Do not fall for their Scam

AUTHOR: Rafael - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 08, 2007

A-1 Leasing is part of Start Up Essentials and to use that they are not part of the scam is a lie because if you look at your contract it states that it is part of start up essentials and right on the top the contract has A-1 leasing logo

But now if they want to say that they are not part of start up essentials then we as consumers were sold into a false contract that sold us a defected computer and we were all promissed educational tools to build our business along with 24 hr support.

So that means that A-1 leasing scammed everyone into a binned contract and sold product under false pretenses in other words Start up Essentials was just a shell company for A-1 leasing and if A-1 leasing is saying that we still have to pay well go see an attorney and record the phone call because what they are telling you and us that they have no obligation so we don't have an obligation because they breach the contract first so it makes it void no good so we don't owe A-1 leasing nothing zip, zilch, nada Zero
