i ordered a $1.97 disk I think from google and when I got my bank statement there were aditional charges than I have no clue what they are for.
One was dated 5-4-09 for $77.82 and the other one is dated 5-6 for $38.34. all it says on my statement is A1 Member and gave a phone number 866-200-5473. I did not order all this and I just want my money back. The more I check into it the more stories I hear and it is happening to numerous people.
This is fraud and this company needs to be stopped, and also they need to be charged with a crime. Thank you for reporting this and I also will be calling the company and going to the address that I have, since is is only about 10 miles from where I live

I was ripped Off by A-1 Member also

I went to a website that offered a "Free" CD from Google. It stated that I would only have to pay the shipping and handling charge of $1.97. I was charged $1.97 on May 18 and later on May 21 I was charge a fee of 77.82, then another charge of 77.82 and a charge of $72.21 by A-1 Member all on the same day.
The original website that misrepresents itself as being from Google never mentioned any additional charges. Once you accept the shipping & handling charge of $1.97 you are emailed a confirmation letter. The confirmation letter contains a link that redirects you to another webpage or site called Blazing Keywords wich list the hidden fees under terms and conditions. The fact that they do not mention this information on the orignal website is fraud!
I have filed a report with the FBI at the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

My next step is to contact the Attorney General in my state and in Utah where they are supposedly located to file criminal charges of fraud and theft. I strongly urge every person that has been ripped off by them to do the same!
